• Facilitated efficient purchasing and resource availability through monitoring and oversight of all company inventory for the diesel engine parts and fuel injection industry. Management of inventory at main corporate distribution warehouse supporting main branch sales, ecommerce customers and eight branch locations. Purchasing from 70 plus vendors thru daily, weekly and bi weekly purchase orders. Maintain scheduled orders monthly stock orders for seven largest vendors. Knowledge of Excel spread sheets to facilitate and input orders. Daily product maintenance in system to maintain proper stocking levels. Establish new part numbers, set stocking levels. Support inside and outside sales team on special purchases and hard to find items. Work with vendors on special pricing on large or volume orders. Resolve AP pricing discrepancies on invoices. Extensive knowledge of the aftermarket diesel engine parts industry and The OEM Fuel injection parts industry.

• Opened new branch grew sales thru customer service identifying needs to deliver relevant products and relations. Grew staff along with the business to insure customers expectations were met. Managed two parts people and fuel injection technicians. Supported their efforts, managed branch inventory. Worked with corporate management on polices and budget to succeeded in establishing a profitable branch. Excelled in knowledge of the engine parts industry and fuel injection service to be one of the best known providers in Laredo, South Texas and the border of Mexico.

Kissman

Started as parts assistant and delivery driver. Took a position in the fuel injection repair shop as a a technician. Factory and Association of Diesel Specialists certified in Robert Bosch, Cummins, AMBAC, Stanadyne, Denso, Lucas CAV now Delphi fuel injection systems. After four years promoted to service manager. Oversaw five technicians. Fielded all service calls working with customers with on engine trouble shooting issues. Made service calls when needed and worked with on engine issues resolving problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Took over parts manager duties a couple years later along with service manager. Responsible for waiting front counter. Billing all shop jobs and drive in service jobs. Maintain and order inventory along with Service manager duties.
