• Responsible for the start and completion of Survey and Sub Surface UtilityEngineering (SUE) Projects, from initial client contact, proposals, scheduling, work flow and final deliverables. Coordinate between clients and field crews to obtain necessary data to complete the scope of the project. Day to day management of field crews to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget. Conducted surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties based on legal deeds and titles. Read and interpreted legal documents, construction drawings, and maps to complete surveys. Involved in seeking project opportunities with new and existing clients. Responsible for coordination of Survey and SUE crews to obtain information for topographic mapping. Assist Project Managers in developing scope and fees associated with billing.

• As a Survey Technician I supervised and directed field crews in the completion of field operations and surveys. Assisted the project managers in project proposals, planning, coordinating, mapping, as well as communication with on-site contractors and clients of the most efficient and cost effective procedures. Neatly prepare field notes and sketches for project completion along with administrative tasks and reports for time keeping and project billing. Extensive knowledge of TDS and SMI survey software, Topcon, Leica, Sokkia, and Trimble survey equipment and gps systems. My leadership roles include training new employees on the specific details of notation, equipment management and execution of procedures. Held the title of on-site supervisor and been in charge of several land surveying crews at one time on various types of projects and construction sites.
