Project Summary:
The goal of the project was to re-engineer the Health and Wellness Programs. Aetna wanted customers to be able to quickly access the portal, review policies, and have quick access to all available resources. These enhancements enabled customers to get up to date information on the website and reduced the number of customer calls to sales representative.

• Collaborated with engineers to understand technical requirements and product owners to understand business needs, and used this knowledge to deliver high-quality products to customers
• Conducted functional, regression, smoke, integration, and user acceptance tests to ensure smooth business flow and a good user experience
• Managed manual test cases using TestRails to ensure comprehensive testing
• Maintained automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java
• Participated in daily standup, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings to provide QA status updates and offer constructive feedback
• Utilized Jira for agile project management, tracking progress, and reviewing defects
• Contributed to product backlog discussions with the product owner, developers, sales and marketing team to better understand and estimate deliverables
• Proactively participated in backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings to ensure that all requirements included acceptance criteria and followed SMART guidelines
• Organized defect triage meetings to prioritize defects and worked closely with the development team to regression test when defects were fixed
• Provided daily status reports to tech leads and managers to keep the team informed about current issues
• Monitored resolution of bugs, tested fixes and helped developers tackle ongoing problems by providing QA perspective.

Project Summary:
The goal of the project is to reduce call volume to the collection agents and provide the agents with a single platform to manage multiple accounts without having to transfer the customers to different departments. As a result, the agents are able to complete all transactions in a shorter period of time, while providing greater customer service by reducing the overall call duration.

• Reviewed project plans, use cases, user stories, and technical required documents to design
• Executed E2E and SIT test cases, and user acceptance testing scenarios
• Created and executed test cases, triaged defects, and reported testing status using JIRA with Zephyr
• Performed functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing on various internal and customer-facing applications
• Executed user acceptance testing strategy and maintained a matrix across functional teams
• Participated in requirements and used case reviews.
• Worked on multiple projects in parallel and provided around-the-clock support for onshore and offshore teams, including occasional off-hours support on release days
• Participated in sprint retrospective discussions to ensure continuous improvements across the team
• Contributed to root cause analysis to determine core reason for failures and errors.
• Actively engaged in Scrum framework – sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
