Experienced CBP Officer with a strong background in cargo and immigration. Deployed on temporary duty to the southwest border, collaborated with fellow officers in El Paso, Texas at a port of entry and provided assistance to border patrol agents at a processing site in Tucson, AZ. Supported a CBP K9 officer in detecting and seizing THC vape pens being carried on a person in El Paso, TX. Assisted CBP K9 officers in identifying and confiscating THC products and marijuana found in vehicles in Blaine, WA. Contributed to the training of CBP K9 dogs in the field.
