I am about 44 year old male that enjoys staying busy . I have a broad knowledge of interior and exterior maintenance and home or property upkeep. I am certified in hvac with a universal technicians e.p.a. Managed multiple properties on the maintenance side . Apartments, rentals and private residents also some light commercial. I have no issue learning and take pride in the things I do and accomplish . I try to be practical , and put an order to the work ahead, to thoughroly complete efficiently as possible , to the best of my ability. I try to balance everyday workloads with emergencies and weather , prioritizing as I know if not instructed otherwise. Time management plays a big part in multitasking, and I try to keep a solid grasp on that. I personally prefer to get ahead of things and maintain at a reasonable pace, even so, I try stay prepared for otherwise.
