Successfully returned & installed string inverters via the RMA process. Utilized schematics & manufacturers manuals to electrically test & diagnose faults on string & central inverters. Created IPO’s in a timely matter for various parts needed to support & maintain full production across Santa Maria-San Fernando Valley-Bakersfield. Maintained accurate time sheets & time sheet approvals within Kronos, along with utilizing Concur for Company Card expenses, Warp Management System for part requests (IPO’s) & third party monitoring such as: SunnyExplorer & Solar Web as well as internal monitoring such as: LiveMaps, Periscope, Telescope, Microscope, Solar Guard Management System (SGMP) etc. to monitor and diagnose faults, upload new firmware, net cat into sites & register new devices/unregister old devices remotely as well as while on-site.
- Performed safe & timely discharging of battery modules utilizing BLU for Industrial Storage. Including wearing all proper PPE, following all LOTO procedures as well as discharge procedure via discharge manual on Superpacks, breaking up voltages, keeping neat wire management & verifying that modules are at a low enough SOC 30% prior to transport. Assisted in the decommissioning of Superpacks as well at the Port of Hueneme.
- Collectively as a team helped keep our Tesla Supercharger network at 99% or above. This was done by preventative maintenance, remote troubleshooting, troubleshooting at V2 & V3 posts & cabinets & removal/replacement of necessary parts that are proven to be bad with either electrical testing, mechanical testing and/or signals & vitals including temperature readings & by using senses: touch, smell, look, listen.
