- Collaborated with team of engineers to conduct Molecular Dynamics (MD) research.
- Explored physical characteristics of single atomic layer sheets of material via simulations.
- Utilized LAMMPS software on Linux server cluster to simulate single-atomic layer sheets at different temperatures.
- Analyzed MD data in MATLab to understand how thermal fluctuations affect thin-sheet materials, such as graphene.
- Used Fourier transformations on out-of-plane height data in MATLab to calculate height-height correlation functions, which were then compared to theoretical model.

- Developed program in Python to generate and manipulate data for exploring spin-model.
- Utilized mutli-dimensional arrays to store and manipulate data for thousands—gigabytes worth —of eigenfunctions generated by program to explore spin-model.
- Discovered unexpected energy level clustering from data, and used the Brody distribution function to derive a distribution for the Adjacent Gap Ratio for our data.
