Oversaw the management of 176 units of affordable housing units located in Madison, WI. Responsible for marketing and leasing apartments, developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, communities, and community partners, complying with WHEDA Tax Credit and HOME Program Regulations, and working with sustainability partners to decarbonize our residential portfolio.

Processed applications and annual recertifications for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and HOME subsidized housing in Madison, WI. Other responsibilities included working at the front desk to provide customer service for participants of Common Wealth Development's various program areas including housing, adult and youth workforce development, business incubation, and economic development. Common Wealth Development is a private non-profit community development organization whose mission is to support and preserve the vitality of neighborhoods in the Madison Metropolitan area.

A 6 month internship where participants earned their Teach English As A Foreign Language (TEFL) certification and were placed throughout schools in China. I was placed in an international high school in Weihai, China where I was responsible for writing and teaching an English as a second language curriculum.

An Americorps-sponsored internship focused on environmental conservation work and trail maintenance in various state and national parks. During the internship, I worked in multiple parks including The Grand Tetons, Prescott National Forest, and the Grand Canyon.
