I work at a 250 unit property in billerica. I make executive upgrades on all the older style units as they come up. When work is slow i share my knowledge with the maintenance techs and help out as much as i can. Below are some things i keep in mind when working on my renovations.

• Manage budgets effectively to maximize results without compromising on quality or aesthetics.
• Maintain safe worksites by adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines during all stages of construction.
• Keep vendors in check and organized to make sure my renovations are completed in a timely manner.

My day to day at a 650 unit property as a roving tech would entail various tasks include scheduling vendors, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. I would also travel to four other properties and help them if they had a big project going on or were short staffed. I used problem-solving skills to alleviate issues efficiently with minimal supervision.

• My responsibilities include but are not limited to administrative skills such as utilizing our management software (Appfolio) to receive and complete my work orders at two separate residential locations: Ironwood Apartments (102 Units) and Sedna Beverly (60 Units)
• I have experience with fob door/lock systems, specifically Kaba and Latch
• Most of my tasks throughout the week are typically Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting related
• I work closely with my Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to ensure that all of the residents are happy in their home

• Responsibilities include lawn maintenance services - edging surfaces, weed eating, mowing lawns, blowing surfaces, applying insecticide and general maintenance
• Operate mid and heavy equipment
• Assist with landscape design
• Train new employees

• Started as a cashier then was promoted several times
• First as the Assistant Checkout Manager and then to a grocery clerk
• As the Assistant Checkout Manager I ran the front end which included managing money, customers and the other cashiers
• As a grocery clerk I ensured all products were stocked and displayed properly
