  • Started in October as a delivery associate. Within 6 months, by showing excellent safety, work ethic, independence and problem solving, also trained over a dozen other new hires and being an overall team player I was promoted to the Lead Driver role.
  • What this role involves is having an overall understanding and “bird’s eye view” of the daily activities and workflow of all other Drivers on route. To assist them with their routes, technical errors, vehicle malfunctions and general troubleshooting. The lead drivers also assist the dispatchers with any issues that may arise out in the field.
  • Non-CDL DOT certified
  • Able to operate Sprinter cargo van, following all Amazon safety metrics
