I grew up working most all my life, my dad owns a small landscaping business so I have grown up operating a backhoe and dozer and some smaller equipment like a compactor, I also am not afraid to use a shovel and get down and do the dirty work since that was mostly my job when ever I go and help him.
I would say the skills I learned from my father of working hard and struggling through problems is what helped me succeed so much in all my other jobs I'm doing or have been doing. At the canoe rental and through dish washing I have built better commutation and team work skills which only helps my work ethic grow. Then at Benson and Dr Pepper, being able to use my body to actually do stuff and build things wether it be from a pop display or a wall rack for meters/disconnects I enjoy it all and really enjoy working through a problem on how we can build or make something work. While also working at Benson I got a good grasp for mostly all the part names and how jobs are run and how the electrical field operates.
Some of the accomplishments I have throughout my life are: Being selected as a K.A.O.S (Kids and Adults on Sleds)youth repersentive for Douglas county through the snowmobile club im involved in. We traveled around Wisconsin as a group of kids with mentors and discusses more safety and ways we can get the youth more involved in the sport.
