- In this role, I lead a portfolio of online platform products which generate ~$100M annually across US Government and International Defense & Government markets
- Led the product management strategy, implementation, and product development activities to build the next generation multi-source, multi-network (unclassified and classified) geospatial data platform which resulted in a sole-source $359M Commercial Geospatial Access Portal (CGAP) contract for the business.
- Led the technical volume and solutioning for the LUNO A NGA satellite imagery and data analytics contract resulting in an award on the $290M IDIQ.
- Developed extensive materials for multiple product lines to address product/market fit, competitive and market research, product development and management strategies, and Go To Market (GTM) approaches.
- Met with USG and ID&I customers to understand national security missions, use cases, product requirements, and future business opportunities.
- Tracked KPIs, developed business cases, product roadmaps, product requirements mapping, and alignment mechanisms between engineering, product, and GTM.
- These online platforms support mapping, monitoring, AI/ML, and national security use cases across hundreds of thousands of direct and indirect channels.
