  • Facilitated 2-6 meetings a week by formulating agendas, leading discussions, tracking action items, writing minutes, and uploading supporting documents to the council Teams channel. Initiated email chains with key stakeholders shortly after each meeting to address action items and prevent lingering tasks. Solicited customer feedback to improve service by including links to meeting recordings and agendas. Archived all meeting information with dates and supporting documents for accessible reference. Managed the Bus Ops queue in the Risk Management App (RMA) and ServiceNow (SNow) to address risks and issues reported from live sites and other field locations.
  • There are multiple tracker systems we assist with providing updates on. The applications include the JIRA application, Risk Management App (RMA), and ServiceNow (SNow). The T1SMET meets on a weekly basis to review and provide updates on each of these applications where I help input these updates.
