  • This includes reading blueprint plans, obtaining permits, deciding what equipment is need, if a road needs to be put in and how many crews are need to complete the build.Once the road is in, the Power and Telco runs need to be dug or bored, and arrange for the concrete to be poured for the slab
  • The tower has to be built by the crew using a crane and in some situations a helicopter, which I would need to arrange and schedule
  • I have the knowledge on how to build all towers including the most common towers; monopole, monopine, Self-Support and guyed
  • The ground ring needs to be set and tied-in
  • Mounts need to be built for the antenna's and TMA's
  • RF lines need to be run.Once the antenna masts and TMAs are grounded, I can run the sweep test install RET's and program the CCU
  • In this process, there can be many variables and obstacles to overcome and the plan changes daily if not hourly
  • I have the experience and the knowledge to foresee and quickly solve any problems that may arise
  • I had been obtaining the pricing for the UMTS project, the scoping of what work needs to be done and doing the "BOMs", which is what materials will be needed for each site
  • Once the site is updated, I do the punch walk with the client and follow up with pictures, documents and Close-Out documentation
  • I had been meeting with clients to discuss the options and schedules for the building sites
  • My bids have an accepted rate of 80%
  • I also have extensive experience with working with sub-contractors and their crews
  • I pride myself on getting the job done.
