For Exceptional professional achievement in the superior performance of assigned duties as a member of Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Gulf Coast (SSGC) Subject Matter Expert team for the USS Tripoli Final Contract Trials rehearsal and Final Contract Trial May 23, 2021 through August 27, 2021. Combining outstanding technical expertise with remarkable spirit of teamwork and cooperation, the SSGC Subject Matter Expert team worked as a cohesive unit while readying the officers and crew of the USS Tripoli to be fully prepared for the Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV). The team integrated thoroughly with every department on the USS Tripoli laying the groundwork for the USS Tripoli to receive the highest INSURV figure of Merit Score of any large deck amphibious over the past ten years, as well as scoring "Green" in 20 of 23 scored categories. The dedication, pride, and professionalism displayed by the SSGC Subject Matter team are in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States Naval Service.
