Operations include working the info desk, scanning and checking tickets, ensuring club seat members have all their questions and problems solved, manning the doors and elevators, supervising the floor, and more.

• 8 Week summer camp working 40 hours a week
• Work with campers from 7 to 15 years old

• Ensure the campers have fun each day by participating in athletic activities

• Budget collected funds for a 35+ member group using Excel, ensuring the team receives needed resources while keeping costs within the approved budget
• Coordinate with LSU’s University Recreation Center to oversee all club financial operations, maintain compliance with university policies, and produce annual budgets
• Collect and track member dues and oversee a budget of over $100,000 for travel, officiating, coaching stipends, and equipment, ensuring all expenses are paid on time and stay within budget

• Reach out to LSU Men’s Club Lacrosse alumni via GroupMe and social to keep them informed of their ongoing affiliation with the team, fostering continued alumni engagement
• Collaborate with board members in monthly strategy meetings and risk-management planning to strengthen alumni relations and secure sponsorships and donations for the program, resulting in new funding partnerships that support team operations
• Inform alumni of upcoming games, fundraisers, and alumni weekend through GroupMe and social media, ensuring high attendance and participation at events

• Respond to texts and emails from prospective students interested in playing club lacrosse at LSU, using Gmail and Outlook to answer inquiries within 24 hours, which keeps the applicant pipeline active and encourages continued interest
• Reach out to prospective student-athletes directly to the executive board and coaches via email, Instagram, and text, sharing program highlights and academic achievements, which helps convert interest into coming to LSU

• Oversee chapter safety for 70+ members by enforcing fraternity and university risk-management policies, delivering health-and-safety training, and supervising event planning, which helped maintain a record of zero major safety incidents
• Assess and propose potential risks to the fraternity using a risk-assessment checklist and consult with the executive board, resulting in timely mitigation actions for identified hazards
• Oversee the Social Chairman and coordinate planning of tailgates, house parties, date parties, formals, and semi-formals, ensuring each event complies with safety guidelines and receives IFC approval
• Schedule all of our on campus events with LSU’s IFC to ensure everyone’s safety
• Create guest lists for every fraternity event using a shared spreadsheet, allowing accurate headcounts and streamlined security checks

• Coached the Class of 2036 team with 20+ players during the summer 2026 season, designing age-appropriate drills, and providing on-field feedback, which helped improve player skill execution and team cohesion
• Organized and led tryout drills for multiple age groups in June 2025 and 2026
• Served as assistant coach for the Class of 2031 Blue (A team) in summer 2023, mentoring 20+ players and contributing to the team by coaching the offense
• Assisted the Class of 2029 Blue (A team) during summer 2024, mentoring 20+ players and contributing to the team by coaching the offense
• Delivered introductory lacrosse clinics and scooper workshops from fall 2022 to fall 2024 to various age groups with a total of 40+ young children
