  • I was able to run the store completely with out the store manager being present in the store. I would help with on boarding steps while hiring new employees, I did conduct a few interviews for new candidates. I was able to handle both incoming and outgoing shipment. I was able to take care of the stores online orders as well. I helped train the new employees both sales associates and even other Assistant Store Managers as well as a Key holder. I was able to help with shop lifting issues and getting that taken care of. For about 3 to 4 months of 2022 ( from the months of march till the end of july) I also took care of scheduling and other Store Manager duties due to the fact that the current store manager at that time was not taking the SM role seriously to have the store function and prosper the way it should have. Around the time that I was pulling both Store Manager and Assistant Store Manage duties I was only getting paid for being an Assistant and not compensated for the store managerial duties I was performing. I was also a big help when getting the new store managers adjusted to our store location when the SM job was being switched from one person to another.

  • I started off as just a sales associate. I was able to run the cash register and handle returns whether it was the wrong item purchased to the animal becoming sick from the product. Even knew how to handle a return if the item was damaged. I was able to help bring product out on to the floor and get them stocked and properly rotated in its location. I was able to expand my responsibilities with this company and became a section holder. I became section holder of the "cat section" which was the cat treats, toys, trees, litter, litter pans, scoops and other small miscellaneous items. With having my own section I was able to check the system and keep a close eye on the sales of the items and be able to increase or decrease sales orders, I was in charge of doing a weekly transfer for the cat litter. If any other transfers were needed whether it be more litter pans or cat toys I was able to get that taken care of as well.

  • (M.T.M-(866) 831-4130, AeroTek- (608) 240-3110) I was a CCR in the Madison WI location to this wide country wide company. I was hired on through a temp. agency known as AeroTek. When I was given the job it was a contract form. My role was to take incoming calls from the members of Medicaid/ Medicare/Badger Care and help get them scheduled with transportation from their residents to the facility of any health insurance covered appointment. So I dealt with a lot of HIPPA information and confirming of it as well. We would set trips with a wide verity of transportation in many different areas of Wisconsin from the local Metro Transportation to a local cab/van transportation and we would also use local volunteers and even a parafit transportation. So with setting the transportation we would make the calls out to the provider and set it. I was also being shown how to send out local metro transportation passes/tokens/cards. As well as they were training me on how to handle accounting for the return mail of passes/tokens/cards.
