• Consult with clients, assess properties to determine appropriate tree care solutions and make recommendations/give options. Develop relationships with clients and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities/referrals.
• Manage scheduling and logistics for tree removal, pruning, and planting projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, maintaining proper documentation and licensing requirements.
• Contribute positively to the local community through involvement in various events.
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Lead Arborist, responsible for attaining and maintaining clients regarding tree care needs.

• Client consults, property/tree inspections, generate proposals, production management, equipment maintenance.
• Ensure proper permitting and regulations compliance.
• Ensure and maintain customer satisfaction for high-end residential clients.
