Summary

I have worked at St Lukes for over 10 years, in a variety of roles, including CNA, NT, floor RN, charge nurse, cross coverage of the clinical educator role, and now as the administrative house supervisor over the past year. During this time, I have sought opportunities to bring my unique perspective and experience into this role, through mentoring of staff as well as development of new policies and processes in tandem with nursing leadership. I am the current president of the House Supervisor UBC, and spearheaded the transition to utilizing an epic-based report system to improve our workflow. I believe that my expansive experience, drive to learn and improve processes, and deep connection with Providence's core mission and values makes me uniquely qualified for this position
