Project manager for small, newly formed company. Responsibilities included hiring, supervision and direction of contractors and their subcontractors. Review of all contract agreements to ensure they protected the interests of the developer and Serenity Cove Services LLC. Limited engagement for construction and remodel of two separate projects in Wyandotte Oklahoma and Norman Oklahoma.

Started in internet sales department of the company. Quickly moved to sales at the flagship store. Promoted to department manager. Duties included control of inventory, working with the company's merchandisers and reporting sales figures directly to ownership. Promoted again to quality assurance. Duties included addressing customer complaints and concerns, inspection of our factory's work product and reporting directly to management and ownership.

Began with the company as a Senior Claims Examiner. Responsible for handling a variety of claims including large loss construction defect, property and casualty claims. Polices that were administered were manuscript and included numerous endorsements and exclusions.

Responsibilities included handling of multi-jurisdictional, complex construction defect claims. Claims handling experience in this position included litigation stemming from claims of construction deficiencies in multi-tract housing developments as well as luxury high-rise condominium projects. Duties also included communicating effectively with the client's insureds and brokers who were heavily included as this was not a program in run off.

Began working in the mailroom of the company. Promoted to facility manager which included assisting adjusters locate, organize and prepare claims files for internal and external audits. Obtained property and casualty license. Initial responsibilities included handling personal lines property damage claims. Quickly promoted to handling Oklahoma worker's compensation claims, Texas Non-Subscriber and employer liability claims. Promoted from that position to an entrainment book of business. Responsibilities in that position included handling claims involving commercial auto and property casualty claims. Promoted to construction defect litigation management. Responsible for handling multi-jurisdictional on the East and West coast as well as in Texas and Colorado.
