  • Oversee and manage all official scorers throughout the Florida Complex League
  • Responsible for assigning different tasks, assessments and training materials to over 40 employees daily
  • Assist in hiring, training and scheduling all hires before and during the season
  • Devised a season long schedule for all employees and assure all needs are met
  • Overseer of over twenty different teams and team personnel
  • Required to quickly adjust to various time, date and location changes, as well as informing teams and officials of said changes
  • Handle all scoring changes and adjustments to accurately show player and team statistics
  • Assumed the role of updating rosters daily, including but not limited to: player additions, acquisitions, subtractions, suspensions and injuries
  • In charge of verifying various different forms of quantitative and qualitative data that was collected by colleagues

  • Create postgame Pitch Clock reports to be distributed internally within the Commissioner’s Office, Umpires and FTCs
  • Coordinate workload and workflow of Timing Operations on a nightly basis
