• Volunteered at Wings of Grace Relief Center for families affected by the 2011 tornado that took the lives and homes of many in Tuscaloosa. Helped those in need of food, clothes, and essential house supplies.

• Volunteered at Guadeloupian Multicultural Services in Eutaw, Alabama. Conversed with clients, many of whom were facing significant challenges due to socioeconomic disparities, and provided advice and resources for how to improve quality of life.

• Volunteered all 4 years of undergrad at the local hospital DCH. Worked in many areas of the hospital, ranging from the South Entrance Lobby to the Cancer Center to Urology to Central Sterilization and Processing. This experience strengthened my passion for volunteerism and love for medicine.

• Packaged meals monthly for homes struggling with food security in Tuscaloosa and its surrounding counties. Goal was to assist in alleviating hunger in these areas.
