Lock out tag out all machines and disassembly some equipment for sanitation process. Check and verify all employees have all PPE and are not torn or damaged. Prep all chemicals that will be needed for the shift. Check that all equipment is not damaged. Mix proper chemicals for when employees start to spray foam. Collect a sample and complete tritations to verify mixed accordingly. After process is complete set up foamers for disinfectant then collect sample for titration. Fillout nightly logs of all areas and titration results. Complete preop. Walk with QC during preop and rinse or rewash any area found not properly cleaned. Communicate with plant leads and maintainance of any issues found during cleaning process.

Tack and weld trailer frame according to blueprints. Using tools as tape measure,square,tri-square,grinder,torch,plasma cutter,air arc and mig welder. Verify that proper material was used according to blueprint prior to tacking. Check all measurements are within tolerance and that all parts are located according to blueprint.

Fit and weld structural I-beams according to blueprints. Complete a fit check for other employees before final welds are done. Operate overhead crane to move material into workstations. Operate shears and punch press machines. Tools utilized were grinder,die grinder,tape measure,squares,torch,plasma cutter,air arc and mig welder.

Fit and weld structural poles according to blueprints. Complete fit checks and weld checks for other employees and verify all measurements are correct and within tolerance. Using tape measure, squares,torch,plasma cutter,air arc, digital levels
