• Selling Marriott's timeshare program that costs twenty-six thousand dollars to clients within a strict 90-minute deadline
• Doing exclusive client tours (minimum of three a day)
• Closed 20-30% of customers consistently with purchase price of $26,000, within 90 minutes.
