Conducted hiring/firing interviews, as well as counseling for probationary employees. Have extensive experience in creating inventive and effective individualized care plans- including complex behavioral care plans with instructions/training for staff to review narcotic and psychoactive drug use. Have developed and implemented many protocols, for example: skin care, constipation, medication use, dehydration, oxygen use, staff communication, narcotic disposal, psychoactive drug charting, behavioral monitoring, and alert charting.
