I am excited to make the change from the business world to working with children. I will bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. I believe working with children gives me the opportunity to support their growth in a meaningful way. I'm drawn to this role because my husband and I are raising our second grandson, who has a Global Learning Disability. Being closer to home will allow me to care for him more directly while also helping other children who face unique challenges. I believe my experience with him will help me understand and support other students who need extra attention, ensuring they have the resources and encouragement to succeed. This role allows me to blend my passion for children's well-being with the flexibility to care for my family, and that balance is incredibly important to me.
