Nicole Lamberson

My 7 years of involvement in competitive cheerleading allowed me to grow my leadership, organizational, and communication skills, which are valuable in various professional settings. I worked closely with teammates in order to foster a supportive and collaborative environment. I was also able to balance a rigorous practice schedule alongside school and work to demonstrate responsibility. 

Becoming a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success allowed me to grow my interpersonal skills that employers are looking for. I was guided to identify my future career goals, hone my leadership skills, and take action on my ambitions. I worked alongside this community to set new personal goals every week and work together to achieve them.
