-Machine being repaired.
-Verifies correct customer account to be charged.
-Fuel, oil and misc. parts purchased for service call.
-Enter any applicable Technician travel costs and Standard Jobs.
-Enters Technicians notes on service call as required.
-Prepares work order for invoicing.
-Ensure ship to address and sales tax info is correct on service calls.
Follow up with all invoice disputes that Service Manager initiates. Set up new vendor accounts for Service department.
