I look to bring a vibrant and enthusiastic style to my classroom that engages the students and fosters a love of learning and a command of both practical and creative skills in English. Responsive to needs of a diverse set of skill and language acquisition levels, I am experienced in differentiating according to individual student needs. At home in either a suburban or urban environment, I look to learn from both my colleagues and students as much as I learn from traditional professional texts.

• I worked at the cafe during my master’s degree and following student teaching residency, and continue to work there on weekends and on school recess days.
• I actively anticipated customer and operational needs by maintaining high levels of product knowledge and preparation processes.

OCTOBER 2017- MARCH 2021

• I was promoted within three years of employment, which resulted in a shift in responsibilities from basic teller transactions to a more dynamic customer support and internal leadership role.
• I completed all levels of the universal banker certification program.
• I balanced and audited the vault and teller drawers, opened commercial and consumer accounts, and managed high-risk transactions such as wire transfers.
