I have been working in retail and office type jobs for over 10 years, so I am very good with people and I am self taught to be very good with electronics and internet. I am a person who works well alone but also well with others! I learn fast and hustle hard. I set a daily goal in my head of what needs to get done and I always get it done.
As a Problem Solver for Amazon, I work on the boxes and totes from the vendors that need some adjusting before they can be processed and sent to customers. Such as, the wrong purchase order attached to the items inside, or maybe the items inside have a finicky barcode that won't scan, so I will print new ones and link them to their current order number. I also work with fragile items that need to be bubble wrapped before we send them out as well. Problem solving is more than just working with the boxes thought, I work one on one with our receive and sort associates and solve and mistakes or errors that may have made out on the floor. Doing this for the past 4 years has really enhanced my communication skills, problem solve skills, and taught me how to adjust and learn quickly because our problem solve technics do change up quit often.
I worked for a wonderful family for a few years as a nanny for their children. I was with the kids before and after school and on weeks where their parents traveled away for work. I cooked their meals, did their laundry, helped them with homework, school projects, essays and helped them cram for big tests. We would go out together to their after school sports and hobbies as well. It was so rewarding to watch these kids grow up.
