I oversee the PROS program

• Create policy, and ensure compliance with overseeing the Office of Mental Health of New York State
• Provide supervision through individual and group settings.
• Complete intakes, assessments, and admissions into the program.

• Specialized in providing both group and one on one meetings with adults with serve and persistent mental health diagnoses., Assist PROS clinical staff (therapist, nurse, and psychiatrist) as necessary
• Assist in crisis intervention and assessments as necessary
• Assist in running treatment team meetings
• Sit in OMH and Official County Meetings
• Provide supervision to interns
• Provide training to new staff
• Facilitate various groups and activities
• Create and maintain group curricula
• Maintaining a caseload of at least 20 clients and completing monthly individual meetings
• Collaborate with individuals to identify goals & objectives, complete Individual Recovery Plans (IRP), and Relapse
• Prevention Plans (RPP), and review progress monthly
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate with a multidisciplinary team

• Facilitate various groups and activities
