I have experience in retail and customer service for about 10 years. I'm adaptable and work very well in places where I'm expected to be positive and have high energy levels. I communicate fluently in English and Spanish. I like being around music and have high energy levels at night. I have been to Echostage for the past three years.
At H&M I work register and fitting room while the store is open. My job is to greet customers with a positive attitude and have good eye contact. We ask them if they found everything okay. If they didn't, we asked them what were they looking for and if we don't have it in stock, we recommend other pieces that are similar to the one they are looking for. We have a rewards program called the loyalty program. it is important for our store to have as many customers
Encouraged customers to register for the loyalty program by providing their email addresses. During fitting room we check all the rooms are empty for the next customer to use it. we garment care and make sure they look presentable before putting them back on the floor. while we are on the floor we are fixing anything that is misplaced. After closing we are assigned to a specific floor to organize for 30 minutes up to an hour.
I go to different schools and family homes to translate therapy sessions, IEP's and parent- teacher conferences. It’s very important I introduce myself to the family and make them feel comfortable sharing their questions and concerns about their children with teachers and therapists.
I worked the register and customer service at Lowes. I would greet the customers and make sure they found everything they needed. I would sign customers up for credit cards and accept returns. I also had to work online orders and let customers know that our store charges their card once they pick up their products. Because of the coronavirus, I had to clean in between customers as much as possible. I had to make sure my space was well organized and the refrigerator had enough drinks. I had to make myself be seen by the customers and ask if they were ready to check out.
I worked at the register and packed baked goods carefully and efficiently. Its a self serve bakery, when it was not busy I would make sure the breads looked fresh and presentable. I would go up to new customers and show them the different breads and pastries we had. I had to let them know what ingredients they contained. I had to sweep and make sure there weren't any crumbs. I also took orders for cakes.
From 2013 to 2016, I worked a night shift on black Friday at Auntie Anne's Pretzels. I had to make sure I was listening to the customers' orders while the cashier rang them up. I also had to make sure to fill up the ice and prepare the pretzels correctly after they came out of the oven. I had to make sure I was fast; kept my area clean.
