  • Supervised a high-performing field team in a vast area of Kentucky and Southern Indiana, to include several ARX (1.0) locations.
  • Participated in the interviewing, hiring, and training of many associates over the years. I have only lost 2 due to turnover. Others are either still with the company, promoted, or transferred to other areas. Turnover has been very low.
  • I participated in many mediations.
  • One of five supervisors on the original pilot for CRM. Helped roll out the program to the Midwest region as a point of contact before transitioning to another pilot (August 2022 - September 2022).
  • September 2022 started a pilot for the Virtual Supplement team. This was a brand-new vertical, and I was involved in all of the early building of the program. Including the rollout to the Midwest region in November 2022 and countrywide in early 2023.
  • I have continued to be a go-to person for virtual supplement needs. I have served as a backup to my manager, as well as a mentor to new supervisors and associates joining our team.
  • Highest-rated supervisor thus far in 2025 (4.8).
  • Currently working on the Supplement Triage pilot in the states of DE, VA, SC, and GA.

  • Collaborated with repair facilities to facilitate timely vehicle repairs.
  • Advised policyholders on claim processes and provided status updates throughout the evaluation process.
