- Responsible for providing line and tier two support to all School customers, at various locations around campus.
- Respond to technical support tickets.
- Resolving issues either by phone, remote access, or in person.
- Imaging PC Labs, and teaching classes.
- When IT was centralized around 2021, was moved to Asset Management team.
- Asset Management team goals are to replace all older computers on campus with new models. Prepare new computers for new hires, and re-image systems that are current on warranty with latest OS and applications.
