Sales and Customer Service professional, determined to learn the technological innovation field inside and out. While working in sales, I was able to quickly adapt to the call center environment while providing customer support to all reseller clients, monitoring processes such as purchase orders, cloud server subscriptions, quoting IT products (both hard and software), and even providing technical support within our interface. Working on a team not only instilled magnificent levels of effective communication amongst co-workers, but also geared us to strive together and out-perform our working relationships towards applicant clients, revolving resellers, beneficiaries, and more. Innovative leadership in leveraging extensive knowledge of products and services allows me to achieve results accompanied by empathy and commitment, as well as creating solutions for customers forming loyalty, retention and revenue. Achievements include expanding customer base and bringing in new sales revenue after proven problem-solving skills through situation analysis and ongoing feedback from clients.
