I provide on-site and remote support, POS system setup, Wi-Fi installations, printer and PC troubleshooting, basic cybersecurity checks, and hands-on guidance to keep clients’ systems running smoothly while delivering professional white-glove service.

I created and manage a TikTok account with over 7K followers, posting product reviews, lifestyle content, and livestreams to promote items like colognes and accessories, growing engagement through consistent short-form videos, audience interaction, and live selling sessions that boosted sales and built a strong online presence.

I worked as an IT & Cybersecurity Tech at Smith Valley Highschool, where I made network cables, repaired Chromebooks, focused mostly on fixing printers and other classroom tech to keep everything running smoothly, helped teachers and staff with Wi-Fi, account issues, and software problems, supported the school’s cybersecurity efforts by checking devices, improving basic security, and guiding safe-use practices, and provided on-site tech support to over 150 students and staff members.

I ran a small landscaping business where I provided lawn care, trimming, and basic yard clean-ups for local homes, handled scheduling and payments directly with clients, maintained equipment, and delivered reliable service that built a steady base of repeat customers.
