  • Monitor Dwelling orders across the outbound departments, preventing an average of 800 – 1500 misses per day, ensure staffing accuracy, and mitigating further issues through revision of standard work within the Pack department by setting up a standard of monitoring and calling out discrepancies for adjustments based on expected volume and units processed per hour
  • Worked with pick, sort, pack, ship dock as the Flow PA to ensure efficient outbound flow resulting in top 2 out of 4 shifts for cost performance
  • From Q2 2021 to Q3 2022 we saw a headcount accuracy improvement of 16.05% which led to cost savings of roughly $4,800 per quarter
  • Through tracking bottom performers in quality, I compiled a list of repeat offenders for defects with high and low-cost impacts
  • The associates were coached weekly with quality drills and escalation processes
  • Through this effort our quality defects saw a 24% drop from an average of 24,500 to roughly 17,220
  • The threshold for this metric is 21,000
  • The POC for six Process Guides training them in productivity, quality compliance, safety/OSHA standards, productivity, quality compliance, safety/OSHA standards (within my scope), and behavioral adherence mainly DEI and how to have tough conversations
  • Five of the Six Process Guides have gone on to promote and are now top performers within their respective departments
  • Partnered with other Amazons in the region for a Pack Kaizen to develop standard of work which led to a 7% increase in single small pack rates
  • This standard of work led to a cost saving of $2.44MM between the sites
