Nikola Obradović

During my engagement with Adecco, I worked in Philip Morris production, gaining comprehensive experience in various roles—from operating cigarette-making, packaging, and filter machines, to leading entire shifts. Alongside my work, I successfully completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, combining hands-on experience with technical expertise.

This dynamic work environment required balancing multiple teams and tasks, which allowed me to develop strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to solve challenges in real time.
