A person selected for this position will be responsible for assisting the classroom's Lead Teacher with general supervision and management of a class of children. This candidate should have a warm and friendly personality and be sensitive to the needs of young children.

• Assist in planning and implementing the daily program under the direction of the Lead Teacher.
• Assist in planning and preparing the learning environment, setting up centers and preparing materials and supplies.
• Supervise the classroom and children when the Lead Teacher is out of the room.
• Participate in professional organizations that work for the improvement of Early Childhood Education.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of all children.
• Plan and work collaboratively with staff and Parents/Caregivers.

• Create monthly catalogues of observation for HR.
