- Site visit to match the existing drawings with the current condition of the building and discover if additional power is needed.

- Update Revit drawings to reflect new additions and demolition work.

• Oceana B-3030 Virginia Beach, VA Part 2 LPS/Grounding Facility Prep for STARS - A&E DB RFP ($250K)

- Prepare a RFP, Government Estimate, and update the scope of work.

- PCAS meetings and site visits discussing the lightning protection, telecom grounding, and lighting requirements with the contractor.

• Allegany Ballistic Lab Substation Rocket City, WV Special Project - A&E DBB ($13.9M)

- Prepare a SAES/IGE and complete the negotiation process for award.

- Update the project team, AE, and customer with any coordination meetings with the utility company
