• Conducted a thorough market research in conjunction with analysts/advisors like Gartner, ISG and McKinsie for trends in Networking demands
• Created offerings for the most in-demand services from scratch – WAN modernization with SDWAN, Data Center modernization, branch-in-a-box and multi-cloud networking
• Established partnerships with industry leading Networking OEM’s (LAN, SDWAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Microsegmentation) like - Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, Aruba, F5, NetBrain, etc.

• Responsible for handling multi-million dollar accounts for multiple customers over various Cloud, Infra or Security programs during T&T Phase.
• Delivery excellence ownership – setup Governance structure between offshore delivery, onsite delivery and customer.
• Risk identification and mitigation – Proactive risk identification.
