I started Uber eats in August 2nd of 2021, I delivered anything from fast food to everyday household items. I would be provided the order and go to the pick up location to load up the order into my car and then take the order to the customers designated location. I started doing Uber rides on March 27th of 2023. I did my best to make sure my car was clean and presentable for my passengers as well as providing the most consistent and smooth ride possible with a smile.

I started at Alorica as a Pharmacy technician trainee inputting prescription information for prescription labels and then they moved me to work with specialty medications reaching out to doctor offices requesting new prescriptions, refills, or clarifications on prescriptions. I then started taking inbound calls for their Prior Authorization department submitting prior authorizations and checking status of prior authorizations for specialty medications and other controlled substances that needed authorization. While i was working for Alorica as a pharmacy technician trainee i studied to be certified as a pharmacy technician and have been certified for 2 years. They closed down the pharmacy program and I was transferred to a Content Moderation project where i would observe, analyze, and label content for violations presented. I excelled in my work and after returning back to working on location I pursued and obtained a management position with Alorica.
