Noah Christensen

As a Chick-Fil-A Team Member, I am met with a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities. These tasks include:

-Effectively executing outside expediting (coordinating multiple lanes for efficiency).

-Taking and fulfilling accurate and timely customer orders in a fast-pace environment.

-Simultaneously, making beverages, bagging dine-in, carryout, mobile and drive-thru orders in a 3-minute time interval.

_Stocking and replacing needed supplies quickly and correctly.

-Keeping prep area, dining room and restrooms clean and sanitized.

-Always, relating to customers with kindness and respect.

I have learned from Chick-fil-A the art of genuine, heart-driven service. As a Team Member, it is my responsibility and pleasure to create a memorable interaction and personal connection with each customer I encounter. It is also my responsibility to deliver the same attitude to my superiors and co-workers. In addition, I have trained multiple Team Members in these same skills and principles. These lessons I have learned and the people skills I have obtained will not only carry on with me to my next employment but will be used throughout my life.
