Sunrock provides aggregate, concrete, asphalt products, supply services and contracting expertise to the Raleigh-Durham metro area and its surrounding counties. Responsibilities included:

• Managed over 200+ customer accounts with Sunrock, as well as all first and one time customers.
• Developed and implemented strategies to increase sales volume amongst my customers.
• Was able to grow inside sales revenues from 1 to over 5 million in a year.
• Provided customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
• Conducted outbound calls to existing clients to promote our products or services.
• Generated leads through cold calling potential clients.
• Analyzed market trends to develop competitive pricing strategies for all of our products and services.
• Assisted in resolving customer complaints in a prompt manner.

The Hasentree Country Club is home to one of the highest proclaimed golf courses in all of North Carolina; the focus of my position is providing the highest possible level of service to all members and guests. Services include:

• Directing all outside service staff to complete necessary tasks needed to maintain course presentation, driving range upkeep and fully stocked service stations.
• Greeting all members and guests in the kindest manner possible, preparing them for their day on the course and accommodating for any and all needs they may have.
• Assist with scheduling and timesheet requests from all outside staff to provide a stress-free work environment for all employees.

Tower Engineering has a partnership with the McDonald's franchise to be the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act) coordinator on all store remodels. In support of this partnership I was specifically responsible for the following:

• Weekly visits to stores due for remodel all along Eastern region of the US.
• Conducted measurement surveys inside and outside of restaurants.
• Generate highly detailed reports regarding ADA compliance.
• Return to store post-remodel.
• Conducted detailed measurement surveys inside and outside of restaurant post-remodel.
• Continue follow up visits and reports until full ADA compliance met.

• Helped to train new staff.
• Attended to customer need in a high stress and fast pace environment.
• Provided quality service for all customers.
• Worked with management to maintain cleanliness and attend to maintenance.
