Mentored 8 student teaching candidates in my classroom. Provided guidance, observations, and supervision of college seniors and post-bacc program students in coordination with Millerville University. Each candidate spent from 6 weeks to 2 semesters in classroom.

• Assessed student learning progress and comprehension with routine tests and standardized examinations. Administered state assessments
