• Performed a streaming analysis with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for the identified Areas for Improvements (AFIs) to identify Gap Focus Areas
• Documented the Recovery Project Plan aimed at providing a recovery strategy to be used to transform Koeberg's performance to excellence levels

• This was achieved by providing technical support and advice on the Operating Technical Specification to prevent nuclear safety related incidents

• Managed CSE group human resources (finances, leave, budget etc.)
• Setting direction for the group to ensure that it is aligned with the station business plan and assisting in prioritizing the work

• Winner of the Plant Engineering Managers award 2011
• This was as a result of leading a highly motivated team that ensured that all the Key Performance Areas are green (acceptable)
• The sick leave statistics for the group was also green.
