• Traumatic brain injury unit -Manage direct care of 4 -6 patients with strokes, head trauma, spinal cord injury,neurological/ cognitive/physical impairments, tracheostomy
• Collaboratively maintain care and safety of brain injured patients who require short to long term care of minimal to max dependent with activities of daily living, frequent safety supervision. Provide extensive patient/family training and education for transition back to home and community .
• Worked within interdisciplinary health care team to develop, implement and make adjustments to patient care plans, individualizing strategies and methods to improve safety ,health and meet recovery goals.

• ORGAN TRANSPLANT UNIT -weekend unit staff RN/ rotating charge
• Effectively prioritized assignments, executing care based on each patient's relative condition and delegating tasks to available personnel to deliver safe and efficient care.

• ORTHOPEDIC medical surgical unit
• Manage direct nursing care for 7-8 patients recovering from medical surgical procedures .
• Fast paced unit with various multiple chronic /acute diagnosis admissions and discharge , direct admits.
• Patient/family education treatment plan of care, disease process, management ,medications ,safety, discharge plan of care.
