I have extensive experience working as a CSA and pharmacy assistant at Walgreens. While studying at Spalding University, I was assigned and completed several 20 to 40 hour field placements in the Central, Southern, and Eastern high schools and in the J. Graham Brown School. - I vaccinated patients, managed and organized inventory, answered phone calls, set up appointments and refills, translated documents and comments from the pharmacist and the technicians, filed out and deleted old prescriptions, verified patient data, and I assisted customers with insurance claims, all under the supervision of my pharmacist and fellow technicians.
