Kesselring Site Operation (KSO), Saratoga, NY 2018-2022

• Primary project lead as material expeditor for the KSO. Providing analytical reviews of material health for the KSO-specific Refueling and Overhaul (ROH) project.
• Collaborate with the procurement office to align purchase orders with fiscal objectives, sourcing necessary materials and equipment. Communicated bi-weekly with senior-level stakeholders on the status of material and services (e.g., daily OCC meeting, priority PO agenda, construction KE, KF) in compliance with the project. Provide analytical and satirical review of material health for Kesselring RCOH project (KSO).
• To include but not limited to the review trends related to purchase order placement, metrics, and period of performance adherence to improve the overall processing of materials and services for the KSO project. Provided senior-level stakeholders with the status of material and services on a bi-weekly basis

• Coordinated statewide maintenance and repair services, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Negotiated with vendors to secure optimal pricing and service quality, and assessed repair quotes within a $3,000 threshold
• Maintained a comprehensive, high-volume database and fostered collaborative relationships with property owners.

• Coordinated logistics and material support for aircraft maintenance, optimizing resource distribution and operational efficiency.
• Trained new team members on hazardous material handling and reporting, improving team skills and safety compliance
