Job Summary

The Builder is responsible for utilizing hand and power tools to disassemble single-phase Pole Mount Transformers and single-phase Pad Mount Transformers and conducts the remanufacturing process including reconditioning, reassembling, and final testing to ensure customer needs are met.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while rotating stations monthly.
  • Review work orders for unit instructions and reviewing specifications for accuracy.
  • Support monthly operations goals.
  • Complete production/output levels for the day/week.
  • Adhere to Sunbelt Solomon’s Safety and Equipment remanufacturing process standards.
  • Perform reconditioning of equipment and verify the work order criteria matches finished product.
  • Test pole mounted units using test equipment.
